Program

Once you register you will only need to book yourself a hotel room. We will take care of your program from June 10 until the end of the meeting. This includes transportation to the woods on the morning of June 12 and back. You will have two basic options: return back to your hotel from the woods by a bus late at night on June 12 or stay at the campsite (in provided huts or in your own tent) and return back to Prague on June 13. We will provide a bus on June 13 in the morning. An extra option on June 13 will be to rent a canoe and leave the campsite in it (and then go back to Prague on your own from a train station by the river where you return the canoe). You will be asked to indicate your choices during registration.

Participation

Participants will participate and their participation will be certified with Certificates of Participation. Participants have been invited to propose ways to contribute to the conference. Their suggestions were reviewed, revised, rejected, or accepted and incorporated into the program.

Program

This is the current program, with speakers assigned to sessions. The element of surprise is crucial thoug, so the speakers will present in a random order. You can download the speaker abstracts and the meeting manual.
