Registration fee

Registration process

On-line registration form and abstract submission will be open on March 1, 2025.

During registration, you will have three options for how you would like to contribute to the meeting program. A talk, a poster, and other (you can be creative there and describe it in the abstract). In either case, your ultimate contribution should contain unpublished data. You can actually choose all three (or none) and we will use this information to shape the final program of the meeting. If you’d like to present a talk, please also include a “walk-up” song selection in your Abstract (ideally as a link to Youtube). Importantly, abstracts of this meeting will have an opportunity to evolve from the first submission – they can be revised/updated later to add/change information. Therefore, as abstracts will be the key source of information for organizers and other meeting participants, all active participants must choose Abstract submission.

Please, note that the admission will be done on the basis first-come-first-served until the full capacity of the meeting (230 paying participants) is reached. After reaching 230 paying participants, you can still register using the same registration form, but you will be put on a waiting list and receive an invitation to submit a payment when vacations appear.

Complete registration thus must be accompanied by payment of the registration fee. The registration fee can be paid preferably on-line by credit card or by bank transfer. The payment link and the instructions for the bank transfer are sent in the registration confirmation e-mail.

All payments should be made in Euro (EUR, €).

The invoice will be sent to you via e-mail within 2 weeks after the payment.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted via e-mail only (woodstock@img.cas.cz) and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

  • Before April 30, 2025 – an administration fee of 20 % will be charged.
  • After April 30, 2025 – no refund of registration fee will be granted.
